PHASE 1: DISCOVERY + ALIGNMENT

Before we tell you what we think, we want to understand how your people actually work, dress, and show up.
We get to know your culture, your people, and the environments they’re navigating every day. We look at what’s already working, where there may be confusion or disconnect, and where clearer style guidance could better support your employees and your business.

Depending on the organization, Discovery may include:
Conversations with leaders about culture, business priorities, client relationships, and how they want employees to represent the organization
Employee surveys and/or focus groups to hear what people actually want help with

Leadership Style Coaching
Personalized coaching focuses on the visual component of executive presence, helping leaders understand how what they wear can support their personal brand, role, communication, and influence while still looking and feeling like themselves.
Our proprietary Executive Presence Through Style framework and BU Style Six™ give us a foundation for the work, which we tailor based on the needs and opportunities identified during Discovery. Coaching can be tailored to complement existing leadership development programs and may include personal brand strategy; style guidance for client meetings, presentations, events, and other role-specific situations; Virtual Wardrobe tools; Strategic Shopping Lists; and individualized style support.
Company-Wide or Team Style Training
Bring your organization’s Style Brand to life through engaging, practical experiences that give employees the tools to apply it for themselves.
Programs may include company-wide keynotes, interactive workshops, regional or divisional events, and 1:1 or small-group coaching.
